The balm is best applied to pressure points in times of stress or anxiety to ease symptoms and promote a relaxed body and mind.
Basil essential oil is high in linalool which can block the anxiety receptors in the brain helping to quell acute anxiety. The lavender and chamomile blend is my favorite deep soothing oils.
